As a Real Estate Agent I am constantly trying to find ways to stay connected with my Clients. I had such a blast making these! All you need are some Fabric Paints, Stencils and Tea Towels (and some sponge paint brushes for dabbing the paint). Don’t be afraid to get creative. It is best to use plastic stencils for a more durable painting process.
